How do I find a match near me?

Open the app, allow location access and browse the match feed. Filter by date or format, then request a spot in an open fixture — or create your own.

What is the Match Lock Fee?

A small platform-service charge that confirms a fixture and unlocks team chat. It is not a wager or entry to a game of chance. See the Refund Policy for cancellations.

How do I invite players to my team?

As captain, enter a player’s GK Player ID to send an invite. They’ll be notified and can approve or decline. Approved players appear in your squad.

My payment failed — what now?

If money was deducted but the action didn’t complete, it is typically auto-reversed by your bank or our payment partner within the standard window. See the Refund Policy or contact support with your reference.

How do I host a tournament?

Create a tournament, set the format and team count, approve entries and generate the bracket. Organisers pay the Tournament Hosting Fee shown before confirmation. Details on the Tournament Hosting page.

How do I delete my account?

You can request permanent deletion from within the app or via our Delete Account page. We’ll remove your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

I’m not receiving notifications.

Check that notifications are enabled for GullyKings in your phone settings and that you have a stable connection. Re-open the app to refresh invites and updates.

Location isn’t working.

Enable location permission for GullyKings and set it to “while using the app”. Then reload the match feed to see nearby fixtures.
