Privacy Policy

GullyKings is a sports technology platform that helps players and teams organise and play real cricket and other sports. Through GullyKings you can:

• Create and join matches
• Host and enter tournaments
• Build teams and invite players using a GK Player ID
• Chat with team members and match hosts to coordinate games
• Manage squads and book grounds
• Watch live streams and buy sports equipment (planned future features)

We are a matchmaking and coordination platform. We do not organise, referee, or take part in the actual games, and we are not a party to any arrangement between teams.

We collect only what we need to run matchmaking and keep the platform safe:

GullyKings asks for a permission only when a feature needs it, and you can decline or revoke it in your device settings at any time.

We use Google Firebase to run core parts of the app. Google processes this data as our service provider under Google's privacy terms.

GullyKings charges fixed platform service fees — for example to lock or join a match, to unlock chat with a host, or to publish a tournament. These fees are shown before you pay.

Payments are processed securely by our payments partner, Razorpay. Razorpay handles your card, UPI, or bank details directly under its own privacy policy. We receive a confirmation of each payment but never your full payment instrument details.

Where a match includes a "challenge amount", that is a private arrangement between the participating teams shown for information only. GullyKings never collects, holds, or pays out the challenge amount.

Our website at gullykings.com uses a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used so we can improve it. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings.

The GullyKings mobile app does not use website-style advertising cookies. It relies on the Firebase services described above to operate.

We protect your information using industry-standard measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) between the app and our servers, Firebase security rules that limit who can read and write data, and access controls on our systems. Payment data is handled by Razorpay's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information while your account is active so you can use GullyKings. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except records we are required to keep by law — such as transaction records for tax and accounting.

Some information may remain in encrypted backups for a limited time before it is overwritten.

You have control over your information. Subject to applicable law, you can:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct or update your profile and team details in the app
• Delete your account and associated personal data
• Withdraw consent for optional permissions such as location
• Object to or restrict certain processing where the law allows

To exercise any of these rights, edit your details in the app or email us at support@gullykings.com.

You can delete your GullyKings account and personal data at any time:

• In the app: go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm.
• By email: write to support@gullykings.com from your registered address, or use the request form at gullykings.com/delete-account.

When you delete your account, we remove your profile, teams, squads, and personal content within a reasonable period. Records we must keep by law (such as payment transaction records) are retained only as long as required, then deleted.

GullyKings is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 18, you should use the app — and especially any paid features — only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete it.

We rely on trusted third parties to operate GullyKings. They may only use your information to provide services to us:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, storage, messaging, and crash reporting (privacy)
• Razorpay — payment processing (privacy)
• Cloud hosting providers — to host the app and website infrastructure

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as GullyKings grows and adds features such as live streaming and equipment purchases. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or on the website. Continuing to use GullyKings after an update means you accept the revised policy.
