The agreement that governs your use of GullyKings.
These Terms are a general template. Have them reviewed by a qualified legal professional and adapt them to your legal entity, registered address and governing jurisdiction before publishing.

1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and GullyKings (“GullyKings”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing or using the GullyKings app or website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use GullyKings. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and phone number, and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Your GK Player ID is issued to you for identification within the community and must not be misused.
4. Nature of the Service
GullyKings is a real cricket community platform. It helps users find and organise real matches, host and join tournaments, build teams and communicate. GullyKings is not a fantasy sports, betting, gambling or real-money gaming service. There is no cash-prize wagering of any kind. Payments on the Service are solely for platform services (the Match Lock Fee and Tournament Hosting Fee) and are not stakes, bets or entries into a game of chance.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or for betting, gambling or wagering.
- Harass, abuse, threaten or harm other users.
- Impersonate anyone, create fake or duplicate accounts, or misuse GK Player IDs.
- Cheat, rig results, manipulate tournaments, or defraud users or organisers.
- Upload unlawful, obscene, defamatory or infringing content.
- Interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Service without permission.
6. User responsibility
You participate in matches and travel to grounds at your own risk. You are responsible for your own health, safety, conduct and belongings. GullyKings does not organise, supervise, officiate or guarantee any match; we provide tools that help users arrange their own games. You are responsible for complying with local laws, ground rules and any permissions required to play at a venue.
7. Tournament responsibility
Organisers who host tournaments are solely responsible for running their events fairly and lawfully — including scheduling, officiating, resolving disputes, honouring any arrangements they make with participants, and complying with local regulations and venue rules. GullyKings provides the hosting tools only and is not a party to, and does not guarantee, any tournament, its conduct or its outcome. Participants join tournaments at their own discretion and risk.
8. Payments & fees
Certain features require payment of platform-service fees — the Match Lock Fee (to confirm a fixture) and the Tournament Hosting Fee (to host a tournament). Applicable fees and any taxes are shown before you confirm. Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner; by paying, you also agree to the partner’s terms. You authorise us and our partner to charge the amount shown. Fees are for platform services and are not wagers or prize pools.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and explains the conditions, timelines and process for the Match Lock Fee and Tournament Hosting Fee, including cancelled matches and failed payments.
10. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as messages, team names and profile details). You grant GullyKings a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it.
11. Community rules
Your use of the Service is subject to our Community Guidelines. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach them.
12. Third-party services
The Service integrates third-party services, including payment processing and YouTube live streaming. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. GullyKings is not responsible for third-party services and does not control their content or availability.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law or to protect users. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations, disclaimers and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that matches or tournaments arranged through it will take place as planned.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GullyKings and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or injury arising from matches, tournaments or use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount of platform fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GullyKings from claims, damages and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your matches or tournaments, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
17. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts at your business’s registered location will have jurisdiction over disputes. You should replace this clause with your actual entity, city and jurisdiction.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
