Delete Your Account
How to permanently delete your GullyKings account and what happens to your data.
You are always in control of your GullyKings account. You can request permanent deletion at any time, and we’ll remove your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Delete from within the app
- Open GullyKings and go to Profile → Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice. Your account and associated personal data will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
Delete by email request
If you can’t access the app, email us from your registered address at support@gullykings.com with the subject line “Delete my account”. Include your GK Player ID or registered phone number so we can verify the request. We may ask for additional verification to protect your account.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and GK Player ID.
- Your teams and squad memberships where you are the sole owner.
- Personal information such as your phone number and profile details.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where the law requires it or where we have a legitimate need — for example, transaction records needed for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes, and records necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Such data is kept only as long as required and is then deleted or anonymised.
Content you contributed to shared spaces (such as a tournament you no longer solely own, or messages already delivered to other users) may remain visible to others after deletion, or may be anonymised, depending on the context.
Processing time
Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days. Backups are purged on our regular cycle. If you have questions during this period, contact support@gullykings.com.
This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted it cannot be recovered. You’ll need to sign up again — and you may receive a new GK Player ID — if you decide to return.
